Ingredients:

  1                cup  chopped assorted bell peppers -- red, yellow, &

  1             carton  light sour cream -- (8 oz.)
  1            package  neufchatel cheese softened -- (8 oz.)
  1                can  crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice -- (8 oz.) well
                        -- drained
  2        tablespoons  fresh cilantro * -- chopped
  2        tablespoons  green onions -- chopped
  1           teaspoon  fresh jalapŠno pepper -- chopped
  1           teaspoon  lime peel -- grated
                        fresh vegetable dippers
 

Preparation:

In small bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT vegetable dippers. Beat at medium speed scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Refrigerate at least one hour. * 2 tablespoons. Coarsely chopped fresh parsley can be substituted
