2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon unsalted butter

Preparation:
combine ingredients (except cream) in a stainless bowl-mix well place over, not in, hot water and whisk until thickened remove from heat and allow to cool fold in whipped cream cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve slightly chilled |
