Mustard Dip With Horseradish

Ingredients:

  2                     egg yolk
  1           teaspoon  sugar
  3          teaspoons  prepared mustard
  2          teaspoons  white wine vinegar
  1           teaspoon  water
  1           teaspoon  unsalted butter
  1           teaspoon  prepared horseradish
     1/2      teaspoon  kosher salt
     1/2           cup  whipped cream
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients (except cream) in a stainless bowl-mix well place over, not in, hot water and whisk until thickened remove from heat and allow to cool fold in whipped cream cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve slightly chilled
