Light Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  skim milk
     1/2           cup  fat-free mayonnaise
  1                cup  fat-free sour cream
  3               cups  frozen spinach -- thawed, squeezed
                        to drain
     1/4           cup  green onions -- chopped
  1           teaspoon  beaumonde seasoning -- or "old bay"
     1/2      teaspoon  dillweed -- dried
  1                cup  waterchestnuts -- canned, drained,
                        -- chopped
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl combine milk and mayonnaise; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in sour cream; belend well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavours. Serve with fresh vegetables dippers. Approx : 4 cups
