Preparation:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate dough until well chilled, 1 hour or longer. Then, using your hands, roll dough into small balls (if sticky, lightly coat your palms with salad oil) and drop into a small bowl with granulated sugar, turning to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 oven 12 to 15 minutes. Remove with spatula to cooling rack. |
