Ingredients:

1 cup brown lentils
1 cup onion
2/3 cup walnuts
3 large hard boiled egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
 

Preparation:

combine onions and walnuts in a food processor pulse until finely chopped add remaining ingredients, process to desired consistency spoon into a plastic lined gelatin mold chill for 2-96 hours unmold onto a serving platter serve at room temperature or slightly chilled
