1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red chiles
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup water
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients-mix well allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes cover and chill for 4-96 hours serve at room temperature
