Ingredients:

---THE BASIC BURGER RECIPE---
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 pound provolone cheese
 

Preparation:

Prepare the burgers according to their recipe, substituting the ricotta cheese for the water or steak sauce. Add the Parmesan and the garlic powder to the meat mixture. Put 2 slices of provolone on each burger 1 minute before it is done cooking. Cook until the cheese melts.
