Ingredients:

1/4 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a food processor process until very smooth cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
