Grilled Chile Corn On The Cob

Ingredients:

6 Ears corn -- husks removed,
1/3 Cup butter -- melted
2 Tablespoons Fresh cilantro -- chopped
1 Tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
 

Preparation:

Heat grill. In a small bowl mix butter, cilantro and taco seasoning, mix, mix well. Brush each ear of corn with butter mixture. Place corn on gas grill over medium heat. Cook about 18-20 minutes, until done, turning and basting frequently. Great with Cajun Catfish.
