Ingredients:

3 cup Chicken -- diced
1 cup rice -- cooked
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup celery -- chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks -- drained
11 Ounces mandarine oranges
1/2 cup almonds -- toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise -- increase
 

Preparation:

Combine first 5 ingredients. Fold in fruits and nuts. Chill. Fold in mayonnaise when ready to serve.
