Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1 cup hulled and quartered fresh strawberries -- frozen
2 medium bananas -- frozen and sliced
 

Preparation:

Pour the orange juice into a blender. Add the strawberries and bananas. Blend until smooth. Note: to freeze bananas, peel, place in plastic bag, and freeze. Freeze several bananas at one time for quick use. Slice when ready to use.
