Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mussaman curry base
1 Medium tomato
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 can lite coconut milk
 

Preparation:

1. in saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. 2. saute mussaman curry base in oil for one minutes. 3. add tomato and basil and saute for three minutes. 4. add lite coconut milk and simmer for five more minutes. 5. serve as a dipping sauce.
