Preparation:
1. heat oil in saucepan. 2. add mussaman curry base, onion, garlic. saute briefly. 3. add lite coconut milk and soy sauce. bring to a boil. 4. keep at boil for five minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. add garbanzo beans (chickpeas), tomato, basil and sugar. bring back to simmer. 6. stir together well and serve over rice. |
