Preparation:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13X9-inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Pat fillets dry with paper toweling; place in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour reserved juice and butter over fish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Top with pineapple tidbits, coconut, and parsley.
To serve, spoon sauce over fish. |
