Preparation:
brush fillets with a little melted butter sprinkle with salt, seasoned salt, and white pepper rollup and place, seam-side down, into a baking pan pour 1/2 cup milk over the fillets bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes remove from oven heat remaining butter in a saucepan whisk in flour until bubbly gradually whisk in milk heat and stir until thickened reduce heat, stir in wine and cheese drain fillets, reserving liquid place fish into a boiler pan stir 1/4 cup reserved liquid into cheese sauce-mix well pour over fish, coating evenly sprinkle with paprika pass under the broiler, until tops are lightly toasted serve hot |
