Preparation:
Marinade: Combine in the food processor the marinade ingredients. Process until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the kasu mixture and the black cod filets. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat your barbecue to medium-high or turn on the broiler and adjust the oven rack to 6 inches below the heating element.
Wash the kasu mixture off the cod filets under running water and blot dry. Grill or broil the fish for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until it is done to your liking.
Garnish each filet with a small pile of pickled ginger. |
