Preparation:
1. Beat honey, butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth; chill
briefly.
2. Arrange fish fillets on greased sheet pans; lightly season with salt and
pepper.
3. Bake fish at 500¡F until opaque and just firm, about 10-15 minutes. Keep
warm.
4. To serve, top each portion with 1 Tbsp. Honey-Lemon Butter; garnish with
a lemon slice.
Serving suggestions: Use Honey-Lemon Butter on other types of seafood and on
baked or roasted chicken. |
