Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 dergees. Butter a 13x9x2-inch
baking dish. Arrange fish filets in prepared dish in
a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. Blend
butter, mustard, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce
in small bowl. Spread equal portions of butter
mixture over each filet, covering each filet
completely. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the filets.
Bake until just cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with lemon slices or
wedges. |
