Summer time Watermelon Sorbet

Serves: 2 cups
 

Ingredients:

4 cups watermelon
1/4 Cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. 2. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. 3. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
