Ingredients:

2 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs sweet marjoram
1 pieces bay leaf
1 pieces cheesecloth square
1 piece string
 

Preparation:

1. Place all fresh herbs in the cheesecloth and tie into a bundle with string. 2. To use in cooking with meats, let simmer for the last 1/2 hour of cooking time. Remove before serving.
