Ingredients:

6 large eggs -- harboiled
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons red pepper -- finely chopped
1 tablespoons green onion -- finely chopped
 

Preparation:

1. Cut eggs in have lengthwise. Slip out egg yolks; mash with fork. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, fill whites with egg yolk mixure, heaping slightly.
