Grrrrrgh!

Very easy recipe for that time of summer when salmon is on sale and you have run out of recepes. This was given to me by friend who fished it out of a chef from one of best Connecticut restaurants.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Chinese Hot Mustard
2 tablespoons Sugar
8 pieces Salmon steaks

Preparation:

Mix the mustard with sugar until the mustard is not watery anymore, but more of a thick creme or glaze. Place the salmon steaks on flat plates or platter and put on the glaze with a brush to one side of the steaks. Since the salmon can fall apart easily, try not to handle them too much. Now, put the steaks on the grill with the glazed side down. Now that the clean side is upwards, put the glaze on this side. So, once both sides are glazed you cook the salmon steaks. Turn them occasionally (be careful and not brake them!) and put the glaze on. Once they are done - enjoy! They are both hot and sweet and very juicy!!!
