Ingredients:

1 quart scalded milk -- cooled
1 dash salt
2 teaspoon a sweetener
4 large beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation:

Beat the eggs and the sugar substitute. Add milk, salt, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and pour into a baking dish. Place the dish in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for 80 minutes.
