German Apple Pancakes 1

Serves: 12 to 16 pancakes
 

Ingredients:

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Apple, Peeled And Diced
3/4 Cup Milk
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Dash Cloves
 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 6 and whip 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 6 and whip 15 seconds, or until smooth. Slowly heat greased griddle or heavy skillet. Using 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake, drop onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges become dry. Turn and cook until golden brown on underside. serve immediately.
