Squash Saute

Serves: 2
Quick and easy and a great taste for summer squashes!
 

Ingredients:

3 medium squash - Mexican, yellow, zucchini, etc, sliced evenly to about 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 dash Dried dill weed
1 large onion, peeled and diced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

Melt 1 Tbsp butter or margarine in a saute pan. Add onions, squash, dill, salt and pepper and a couple Tbsp water. Cover and cook over low-medium heat until squash are ALMOST done to your liking (I don't like mine mushy). Remove lid, cook off water and serve. Simple and easy
