Sweet n' Healthy Strawberry Tofu Pudding

A protein-packed delicious treat for the health-conscious sweet tooth. Can be easily converted to many different flavors.
 

Ingredients:

16 Ounces silken tofu
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar or Splenda sweetener
1 package sugar free JELL-O vanilla pudding
1/2 package sugar free strawberry JELL-O powder
2 Teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients at high speed in food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled, garnish with fresh strawberries and graham crackers if desired. Chocolate, butterscotch, or any other flavors can be substituted for the vanilla and strawberry. Experiment with the JELL-O flavors and have fun!
