Ingredients:

4 1/4 ounces black-eyed peas -- cooked --
2 1/8 medium jalapeno -- finely chopped
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 ounce diced pimiento
1/2 cup diced green chiles
2 1/8 tablespoons diced onion
3/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 dash Tabasco sauce -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and leave in refrigerator over night. Serve on lettuce leaves and serve with tortilla chips as a salad or appetizer.
