Preparation:
Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
In a small bowl, combine pineapple, cream cheese, water chestnuts, chives, seasoning blend, pepper, and pecans.
Stir in reserved juice; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
Yields: 4 cups.
