Papaya Mango Relish

Ingredients:

6 medium serrano chiles -- minced
1 medium juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- minced
1/2 cup firm mango -- diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup papaya -- diced
 

Preparation:

Combine the chiles, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic to make a marinade. Toss the diced fruit in the mixture and allow to sit for at least an hour to blend the flavors. Chile Pepper Magazine
