Black Bean Dip - 1

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup minced carrot
1/4 cup minced celery
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 bunch cilantro for garnish
 

Preparation:

In a large bowl, coarsely mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well. Cover, and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
