Jell-O Orange Fluff

Ingredients:

1 packages sugar-free orange Jell-O -- (3 oz pkg.)
1 Can crushed pineapple -- partially drained
1 Can mandarin oranges in water -- drained
8 ounces cottage cheese -- lowfat
4 ounces whipped topping -- carton
 

Preparation:

Mix Jell-O, pineapple, mandarin oranges and cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate. Let stand for 24 hours. NOTES: I usually double the recipe. That way I don't have half the cottage cheese and whipped topping left. Husband will eat as much as I make. Never stays around long enough to go ba
