Lime-Chicken

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 

Preparation:

In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice and vegetable oil. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. Prepare rice and pasta mix as directed in recipe. Heat grill. Cook chicken over medium heat 10 minutes each side.
