Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup freshly grated horseradish (or prepared horseradish)
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:
