Ingredients:

1 bunch fruit - select firm ripe fruit in season
110 milliliter plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh mint chopped
1 bunch mint sprigs
 

Preparation:

1. Slice the fruit. 2. Serve with a dollop of yogurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish with mint sprigs.
