Grilled Steak With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds London grill or boneless chuck steak -- trimmed
1 teaspoon Adolphs seasoned tenderizer
1/2 cup prepared horseradish sauce
 

Preparation:

Preheat grill. Moisten steak with water. Evenly sprinkle both sides with tenderizer and pierce with a fork. (DO NOT USE SALT) Grill about 5" from the heat 3 to 10 minutes per side for medium. Thinly slice steak and serve with horseradish sauce. From Adolph's All Natural Tenderizer label
