Mango Chutney - Star

Ingredients:

1/2 medium unripe mango -- peeled
1 piece ginger
4 cloves pips garlic
50 grams cashew nuts
2 sprigs mint leaves
6 medium red chillies
1 medium Onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons oil -- for frying
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Blend ingredients together except onion and salt. Fry the onion in oil until fragrant. Then add the blended ingredients and salt. Allow to simmer for a while until thick. Dish out.
