Hari Hari Yakhni (Green Green Soup)

Ingredients:

2 cups shelled raw peas -- coarsely ground
300 gram paneer -- cubed and fried
250 gram tomato -- pureed and strained
4 tablespoons oil or ghee
---GRIND TOGETHER---
3 medium Onions
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 piece ginger
3 medium green chillies
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
12 medium cashewnuts
6 medium cardamoms
6 whole cloves
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
