Preparation:
Remove and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint. Place wing pieces in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Combine sugar and remaining 6 ingredients; pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Place chicken on a lightly greased 15x10x1-inch jellyroll pan.
Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done, basting twice with marinade. Place chicken on a serving platter serve warm. Makes 3 dozen. |
