Preparation:
In microwave melt 2 oz unsweetened chocolate and 1 oz semisweet chocolate with 2 Tbsp. butter on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes., just until chocolate turns shiny. Heat 3 Tbsp. Kahlua and 2 Tbst. cream on HIGH for 45 seconds. Combine chocolate and Kahlua mixtures with 2 cups powdered sugar (free from lumps). Beat until well blended and thick. If necessary, beat in a little extra powdered sugar for good spreading consistency. Frost brownies immediately as mixture stiffens upon cooling. It's sinfu |
