Preparation:
Place butter in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 4 and beat until creamy, about 1 1/2 minutes. Stop and scrape bowl. On speed 2, add egg yolks, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stop and scrape bowl.
Turn to speed 4 and add powdered sugar to butter mixture, 1 cup at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 2 and slowly add melted chocolate, about 1 1/2 minutes. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 4 and beat for 1 minute. |
