Reduced Calorie Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

4 medium chicken breasts -- boned and skinned
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup fat free parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning -- optional (to taste)
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F. Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl. Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Note: You may have to adjust measurements depending on size of chicken breasts
