Ingredients:

1 small Onion
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic -- peeled, minced
3 cups canned Italian tomatoes
10 bunch basil leaves -- julienne
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
3 cans cannellini beans -- (16oz ea) undrained
5 cups water
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces tiny pasta shells
 

Preparation:

Sauté‚onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and sauté‚1 minute. Add tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring. Add beans with their liquid and the water.
