Luciano Pavorotti's Uncooked Instant Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Italian tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons parsley -- chopped finely
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Italian tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons parsley -- chopped finely
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choic, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse. Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
