Ingredients:

1 pound crabmeat -- ,imitation,
1/2 stick celery -- , chopped
1 medium green onion -- , chopped
1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup light mayonnaise -- (lite or fat free)
 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with lemon wedges. Also good served with crackers.
