Preparation:
Shuck oysters; drain and reserve half of the shells. Combine parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, clam juice and chili sauce with 6 tablespoons melted butter.
Dip each oyster into this sauce and place in a shell on a baking pan. Spoon remaining sauce over oysters. Sprinkle a teaspoon of chopped mushrooms on each oyster.
Stir cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over oysters. Dribble with remaining butter. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
