Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 bunch green onions -- finely chopped
2 cans campbells new england clam chowder -- ready to serve
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans minced clams
1 quart half and half
 

Preparation:

Mix together in Crockpot and heat on low approximately 6 hours.
