Zippy Tuna Pockets

Ingredients:

6 1/2 ounces tuna -- drained
1 large egg -- hard boiled
1/4 cup dill pickle -- finely chopped
1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon mustard
6 bunch lettuce leaves
3 pieces pitas -- halved
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and pitas. Mix gently. 2. Place one lettuce leaf and 1/6 of the tuna mixture in each pita half.
