Pineapple-Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

2 cups cranberries -- (1/2 lb)
1 cup crushed pineapple -- drained
1/2 cup gran. sweetener -- (2 tb.liquid
 

Preparation:

Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Grind raw cranberries, add pineapple and sweetener. This relish is tart, a good accompaniment to turkey or any other meat. It will keep well in the fridge for use with many meals. Remainder of package may be frozen in plastic bag. Source: Am. Diabetes Assoc Family Cookbook Vol 1, 1987
