Tempting Tuna Trenchers

Ingredients:

2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad tressing
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
14 ounces tuna in water -- drained, flaked
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 ounces diced pimientos -- drained
---trenchers
1 bunches curly endive
4 pieces flaky crescent trenchers
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix well. Arrange curly endive over each trencher. Spoon salad evenly over curly endive. Serve immediately -----
