Ingredients:

1/2 pound cooked black beans
1 cup roasted poblano peppers -- peeled seeded and diced
1 medium red onion -- diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chipotle puree
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well. Season with salt and pepper.
